1. More Sleep (I hope this is on Zack's list too!)!
2. More time unplugged and just playing with the boys
3. No texting in the car (I'll admit it...it needs to stop)
4. Putting my health on my "To-Do" list (includes, getting active, going to doctor, sleep, asking for help, taking time for me, water and getting some smaller clothes to fit again!)
7. Laughing more, cleaning less
8. Calling my mom more often
9. Not putting pressure on myself, being kind to myself and learning to say NO.
10. Continue to get involved and give back in any small way I can
Sigh. Heather. I hear ya sister. I could have written this list myself. Hey, maybe I'll save myself some time and just print yours to post on my fridge. ;) Happy New Year to you and your beautiful family.
